Autoimmune & Inflammatory
Psoriasis
Quieting the immune signals behind persistent, scaly plaques.

What is Psoriasis?
Those raised, silvery patches on your elbows, scalp or lower back aren't just dry skin — they're your immune system producing new skin cells at a pace that never lets old ones shed properly. It can itch, crack, bleed, and honestly wear on your confidence more than most people realise. Stress and cold weather tend to make it worse, and it rarely follows a predictable pattern.
How regenerative medicine supports it
We focus on calming the underlying inflammatory drive using MSC therapy and exosomes, alongside your dermatologist's topical or systemic regimen. We photograph and score plaques (PASI-style) at intervals so progress isn't just guesswork. We're clear that severe, widespread psoriasis usually still needs biologics or phototherapy as the backbone of care.

If the evidence for treating psoriasis this way is thin, we will tell you before you book — and the review is not billed.
Psoriasis — Questions Patients Ask
Can this clear my skin completely?
We've seen improvement in plaque appearance and itching in some patients, but complete, lasting clearance isn't something we can promise. Psoriasis tends to ebb and flow regardless of treatment.
Should I stop my biologic if I try this?
No — please keep taking what your dermatologist has prescribed unless they advise otherwise. We see our therapies as an addition, not a replacement, for systemic treatment.
Does this help psoriatic joint pain too?
It can overlap with joint symptoms, but if joints are involved we'd want to assess that separately and probably loop in a rheumatologist rather than assume the skin plan covers it.
How do you track whether it's actually helping?
We take standardised photos and score plaque severity before treatment and at follow-up visits, so you're seeing real comparisons, not just impressions.
Will stress or diet undo any progress?
Possibly — psoriasis is genuinely sensitive to stress, infection and lifestyle factors, and we're honest that no infusion overrides those triggers entirely.
