Our Center

Care Built on Science and Trust

Bangkok Stem Cell Center brings cellular science and individualised medicine together under one roof at Bangkok Mediplex.

Our story

The center began with a straightforward frustration. Our founding medical team was meeting patients who had been offered regenerative therapy as a product rather than as medicine — no examination worth the name, no laboratory transparency, no follow-up. They opened a center where the laboratory sits in the same building as the consulting rooms, where the doctor who plans your protocol is the doctor who reviews your results, and where a patient can ask exactly what is in the vial and receive a documented answer.

That structure has stayed unchanged as the center has grown. Bangkok gives us something rare: world-class clinical infrastructure, a regulatory framework that takes cellular medicine seriously, and a location that patients across Asia and the Gulf can reach in a few hours.

On-site · No outsourcing

Every stem cell batch is processed in our own lab.

Our In-House GMP Laboratory

Every stem cell line we use is expanded, processed and released inside our own GMP-certified laboratory at the clinic. Nothing is shipped out to a contract facility, and no third party handles your material between collection and infusion.

The laboratory operates under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, so the same documented procedures govern each stem cell treatment we prepare — from the first culture flask to the vial that reaches the treatment room.

Tighter control
Viability, sterility and endotoxin are checked in-house, and a batch that misses specification is discarded rather than rescheduled around.
Full traceability
Each batch carries a record you can request — donor screening, passage number, culture conditions, release results and the date it left the cleanroom.
Consistency
Because our stem cell programs draw on one laboratory and one protocol set, a second course years later is prepared the same way as the first.

The Team

Medical Team, Scientists and Patient Coordinators

Our clinical team holds Thai Medical Council licensure with training across internal medicine, orthopaedics, immunology and regenerative medicine. They work alongside laboratory scientists specialising in cell culture and quality assurance, and a patient coordination team fluent in English, Thai and Mandarin.

Every case is discussed collectively before a plan is issued. No single practitioner signs off a protocol alone.

Four Commitments

Things we have put in writing, and what each one costs us

Not a list of virtues. Four operating rules a patient can check us against, each with the inconvenient side of it stated plainly.

  1. 01

We write down what we expect to happen

Before a program starts you receive a short written statement of the change we think is plausible, in the units we intend to measure. If the follow-up numbers disagree with that statement, the statement is what we are held to.

It removes the option of redefining success afterwards.

  2. 02

A second medical team member reads every case

No protocol leaves this clinic on one signature. A colleague who has not met you reviews the imaging, the bloods and the reasoning, and can send the case back.

Cases are only approved when the reasoning is clear.

  3. 03

Batch paperwork belongs to the patient

Viability, sterility and endotoxin results for the exact preparation used on you are yours on request, in full, without a summary sitting in front of them.

Nothing about the preparation stays internal.

  4. 04

    Declining is a normal outcome

Active malignancy, uncontrolled infection, unstable cardiac status or simply a condition where the evidence is thin — all of these end the conversation, and the consultation is not billed.

It is the most common thing we say no to.

Next step

Send us your records. We will tell you what is realistic.

A medical team member reads your history before anything is quoted or scheduled. If cellular therapy is unlikely to move your numbers, we say so and point you somewhere more useful.
