Regenerative Therapy
Exosome Therapy
Cellular signalling messengers for repair, renewal and skin quality.

What is Exosome Therapy?
Exosomes are microscopic vesicles that carry the growth factors and genetic messages cells use to communicate. Rather than introducing new cells, exosome therapy delivers those instructions directly — encouraging your own tissue to repair, hydrate and regenerate. Our exosome preparations are laboratory-verified and delivered by intravenous, localised or micro-needle routes depending on the plan our medical team designs.

Key benefits
- 01Encourages your own cells to accelerate repair activity
- 02Frequently combined with cellular therapy for a wider effect
- 03Popular for skin texture, tone and post-procedure recovery
- 04Short appointment times with no downtime for most patients
- 05Flexible delivery: systemic, targeted, or aesthetic application
How it works
The sequence, from first records to follow-up
- 01
Deciding the route
Systemic, joint-targeted or intradermal — the route changes the whole protocol, so it is settled at consultation rather than on the day.
- 02
Batch characterisation
Each exosome preparation is checked for particle concentration and size distribution before it leaves the laboratory. Numbers go into your file.
- 03
Cold chain to the chair
Preparations stay frozen until shortly before use. Thawing happens in the treatment room, not in advance, because the signalling cargo does not tolerate waiting.
- 04
Delivery
An IV session runs about thirty minutes. Aesthetic delivery pairs micro-channelling with topical application and takes closer to an hour with numbing time.
- 05
Review at eight weeks
Skin work is photographed under fixed lighting; systemic work is judged on symptoms and, where relevant, inflammatory markers.
What to expect
Before

Avoid retinoids and exfoliating acids for five days before facial treatment. For IV delivery, eat normally — this is a short session, not an all-day infusion.
During

Facial treatment feels like fine sandpaper with numbing cream applied first. IV delivery is uneventful; most patients read or work through it.
After

Skin looks flushed for around twenty-four hours, occasionally forty-eight. Texture change is gradual and typically becomes visible in the third or fourth week.

Exosome Therapy — Questions Patients Ask
Are exosomes the same as stem cells?
No. Exosomes are the vesicles cells release to send instructions — no living cell is transferred. That makes the treatment simpler to deliver, and also means its effect is on signalling rather than on replacing tissue.
How long does the effect last?
For skin, most patients repeat at four to six months. For systemic use, the interval depends on what we are supporting and is set at review rather than in advance.

Can I fly home the same day?
After IV delivery, yes. After facial delivery we suggest waiting a night, mostly because cabin air makes freshly treated skin uncomfortable rather than for any medical reason.
Is it worth combining with cellular therapy?
Often, and it is one of the more common pairings we plan. Exosomes are scheduled in the days after an MSC infusion, on the reasoning that signalling support is most useful once the cells are already in place.
Can exosomes be used on the scalp?
Yes, and it is one of the more requested applications. Results depend heavily on whether follicles are dormant or lost, which we assess before agreeing to treat.
