Regenerative Therapy
CAR-T Cell Therapy
Advanced engineered cellular immunotherapy — eligibility assessment required.

What is CAR-T Cell Therapy?
CAR-T therapy re-engineers a patient's own T cells so they can recognise a specific target on abnormal cells. It is the most technically demanding therapy we discuss, and it is never offered casually: candidacy depends on diagnosis, prior treatment history, organ function and a detailed multidisciplinary review. Our role begins with an honest eligibility consultation, and we will say clearly when this therapy is not appropriate for you.

Key benefits
- 01Highly targeted, patient-specific cellular approach
- 02Thorough multidisciplinary eligibility review before any commitment
- 03Full written explanation of risks, alternatives and expected timeline
- 04Coordination with your existing specialists where relevant
- 05Transparent guidance if you are not a suitable candidate
How it works
The sequence, from first records to follow-up
- 01
Records review before anything else
We ask for pathology, staging, prior treatment lines and current organ function. No consultation is scheduled until those documents have been read.
- 02
Multidisciplinary assessment
Eligibility is discussed jointly, not decided by one clinician. Your treating oncologist is included in that conversation wherever possible.
- 03
Honest eligibility answer
Most enquiries end here, and we tell people that directly. A clear no, with reasons, is more useful than an open-ended maybe.
- 04
Manufacturing and conditioning
For eligible patients, T cells are collected and engineered under a defined timeline, with conditioning therapy planned around the manufacturing window.
- 05
Inpatient monitoring
Unlike everything else we offer, this is not outpatient care. Monitoring for cytokine release and neurological effects is intensive and takes place in a hospital setting.
What to expect
Before

Expect weeks of assessment, not days. You will be asked for records you may have to chase from other hospitals, and the process is deliberately slow.
During

Cell collection, conditioning and infusion take place across a structured hospital admission with daily clinical review.
After

Follow-up is intensive and long-term, coordinated with your primary oncology team. This is the one program where we take over the least and coordinate the most.

CAR-T Cell Therapy — Questions Patients Ask
Can I simply book CAR-T therapy?
No. There is no booking pathway for this treatment. Every enquiry begins as a records review, and the majority conclude with a recommendation for a different approach.
Why do you turn most people away?
CAR-T is defined by its target. If the abnormal cells in your case do not carry a target we can engineer against, the therapy has no mechanism to work, regardless of willingness to pay.

Is this available as outpatient care like your other programs?
It is not. The risks — cytokine release syndrome in particular — require hospital-level monitoring, and we will not deliver it otherwise.
Will you work with my oncologist?
We insist on it. If your treating specialist is not part of the discussion, we do not proceed.
What does an eligibility review cost?
The initial records review carries no charge. We would rather absorb that than have patients pay for the word no.

Send us your records. We will tell you what is realistic.
A medical team member reads your history before anything is quoted or scheduled. If cellular therapy is unlikely to move your numbers, we say so and point you somewhere more useful.
