Autoimmune & Inflammatory
Lupus (SLE)
Support for an unpredictable, whole-body autoimmune condition.

What is Lupus (SLE)?
Lupus has a way of touching everything at once — joints one week, skin the next, sometimes kidneys or your energy levels without warning. The butterfly rash gets the attention, but most people living with it will tell you the exhaustion and brain fog are the harder daily reality. Flares can come from sun exposure, stress, infection, or seemingly nothing at all.
How regenerative medicine supports it
Our role is supportive and always coordinated with your rheumatologist, since lupus needs specialist immunosuppressive management we won't try to substitute. MSC and exosome infusions are used with the aim of modulating immune overactivity, alongside monitoring of complement levels, anti-dsDNA and organ function. If there's active kidney or organ involvement, that takes priority over anything we offer here.

If the evidence for treating lupus (sle) this way is thin, we will tell you before you book — and the review is not billed.
Lupus (SLE) — Questions Patients Ask
Will this help with my kidney involvement?
If lupus nephritis is active, your nephrologist and rheumatologist need to be driving treatment — we won't take over that role. We can discuss supportive options once your kidney function is stable and your team is comfortable.
Can I come off my hydroxychloroquine or steroids?
No, please don't stop those without your specialist's guidance — sudden withdrawal can trigger serious flares. Any changes to your core lupus medication need to come from the doctor managing your disease.
Does this reduce flare frequency?
Some patients notice fewer or milder flares, but lupus is genuinely unpredictable and we can't guarantee that outcome for you. We track your flare pattern over time to see honestly whether there's a trend.
Is IV therapy safe during a flare?
We generally hold off on non-essential infusions during an active flare and prioritise getting you stabilised first. Timing matters more than urgency here.
What tests do you actually run before treating me?
We look at your recent complement levels, anti-dsDNA, full blood count and organ function, plus whatever your rheumatologist has already documented. We won't proceed without a clear picture of where your disease stands.
