Regenerative Therapy
SNK Therapy
Stem cell-derived natural killer cells for consistent immune surveillance.

What is SNK Therapy?
SNK therapy differs from conventional natural killer programs in where the cells come from. Instead of expanding the small, variable population already circulating in your blood, the cells are differentiated from a stem cell source under defined laboratory conditions. The result is a more uniform product — particularly relevant for patients whose immune reserve has been reduced by illness, age or prior treatment. Baseline cytotoxic activity is measured before the course and repeated afterwards.

Key benefits
- 01Consistent cell population independent of your current immune state
- 02Cytotoxic activity measured before and after the course
- 03Given as a planned series rather than a single infusion
- 04Characterised phenotype documented at each production stage
- 05Outpatient delivery with short observation periods
How it works
The sequence, from first records to follow-up
- 01
Immune baseline
We measure natural killer cell number and cytotoxic activity first. Without a baseline there is no way to tell later whether the programme did anything.
- 02
Stem cell-derived line
Rather than expanding the small number of killer cells circulating in your blood, the preparation is differentiated from a stem cell source, giving a more uniform and consistent population.
- 03
Maturation and expansion
The line is matured under defined laboratory conditions over several weeks, with phenotype checked at each stage so the released product is characterised, not assumed.
- 04
Infusion series
SNK is given as a series rather than a single dose, typically spaced across a few weeks, since surveillance benefits from repeated exposure.
- 05
Repeat activity testing
The same cytotoxic activity assay is repeated after the series. The number either moved or it did not, and we report it either way.
What to expect
Before

A blood draw for baseline immune profiling several weeks ahead of the first infusion. No fasting, no medication changes in most cases.
During

Each infusion runs around forty-five minutes in a treatment chair, with observation for a further hour afterwards.
After

Most patients describe nothing beyond mild tiredness that evening. Occasional low-grade fever in the first night is expected and settles without intervention.

SNK Therapy — Questions Patients Ask
How does SNK differ from standard NK therapy?
Conventional NK therapy expands the killer cells already in your blood, so the product reflects whatever immune state you arrive with. SNK is differentiated from a stem cell source, producing a more consistent population — which matters most in patients whose own immune reserve is depleted.
Is this a cancer treatment?
We describe it as immune surveillance support. It is used alongside oncology care and in proactive immune programmes, and it is not offered as a treatment that removes disease.

How many infusions are in a course?
Typically three to six, set at consultation based on your baseline activity result and what the programme is supporting.
Will the effect last?
Cytotoxic activity gains generally fade over months, which is why maintenance is discussed rather than assumed to be unnecessary. Re-testing decides the interval.
