Depression and Anxiety Disorder
Easing the physical weight that mood disorders carry

What is Depression and Anxiety Disorder?
Depression and anxiety aren't just low mood or worry — they show up as exhausting fatigue, disrupted sleep, a racing heart before nothing in particular, or a flatness that makes ordinary pleasures feel pointless. Many patients we see have already tried therapy and medication with partial success, and are left wondering whether there's a physical piece — inflammation, nutrient depletion, poor sleep biology — still going unaddressed.
How regenerative medicine supports it
We look at physical contributors that often sit underneath mood symptoms — inflammation, nutritional deficiencies, disrupted sleep architecture — using IV and cellular therapies to support that biology, always alongside your psychiatrist or therapist rather than instead of them. We track mood and anxiety scores with validated questionnaires over time. This is not a replacement for antidepressants, talk therapy or crisis care, and we screen carefully for anyone who needs more urgent psychiatric support than we can offer.

Depression and Anxiety Disorder — Questions Patients Ask
Can this replace my antidepressant or therapy sessions?
No, please continue both exactly as prescribed — our programme is designed to sit alongside your existing mental health care, addressing physical contributors, not to substitute for medication or therapy.
I've tried several antidepressants without much success — is this for me?
It might be worth exploring, particularly if there are unaddressed physical factors like chronic inflammation or poor sleep, but we'll want a clear picture of your psychiatric history first. If your case needs more intensive psychiatric management, we'll say so and help you get there.
Will this help my anxiety or just my mood?
Both can respond, since some of the same inflammatory and nutritional pathways affect anxiety and depressive symptoms, but we track them as separate scores rather than assuming one implies the other. Some patients see more movement in one than the other.
Is this safe if I'm currently having a mental health crisis?
No — if you're in crisis or having thoughts of self-harm, this programme is not the right first step and we will direct you to urgent psychiatric care instead. We screen for this carefully before accepting anyone into the programme.
How long before I'd notice any difference?
Some patients notice improved energy and sleep within a few weeks, but mood change is usually slower and we reassess formally at six to eight weeks. We won't claim success based on how one good week feels.
