Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Taking a genuinely disabling diagnosis seriously, without overpromising.

What is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?
This isn't ordinary tiredness — it's a diagnosed condition where even mild exertion, physical or mental, can trigger a crash days later that undoes weeks of stability, a pattern doctors call post-exertional malaise. Sleep doesn't refresh, activity has to be rationed carefully, and many patients arrive here after years of being told nothing showed up on their tests. It often follows a viral illness, and for some people it becomes a long-term reality rather than a phase to push through.
How regenerative medicine supports it
We take a full history and bloodwork to rule out treatable causes — thyroid, iron, inflammatory markers, sleep disorders — because chronic fatigue syndrome is a diagnosis of exclusion, not a default label. Where deficiencies exist we correct them by infusion, and we support cellular energy pathways and inflammation cautiously, always respecting your activity ceiling rather than pushing you past it. We're upfront that the evidence base here is still developing, and we won't present anything as a cure for a condition medicine doesn't yet fully understand.
Treatments we would consider
Options discussed for this condition
Listed for orientation only. What is actually prescribed depends on your records.
- NAD+ IV TherapyNAD+ infusions supporting cellular energy, focus and longevity programs.
- Vitamin IV TherapyPersonalised nutrient infusions for hydration, energy, immunity and recovery.
- Ozone TherapyMedical ozone protocols for circulation, immune tone and inflammation support.
- HBOT (Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy)Pressurised oxygen sessions supporting wound healing, recovery and tissue oxygenation.
If the evidence for treating chronic fatigue syndrome this way is thin, we will tell you before you book — and the review is not billed.
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome — Questions Patients Ask
Will this cure my chronic fatigue syndrome?
No, and anyone claiming a cure for CFS should be treated with caution — we aim to correct any identifiable deficiencies and support energy pathways, while tracking your symptoms honestly against that ceiling.
How is this different from your Low Energy & Vitality programme?
That programme is for everyday flatness with a findable, correctable cause; chronic fatigue syndrome is a specific diagnosis with post-exertional malaise as its hallmark, and it needs a much more cautious, paced approach.
Will exercise or infusions push me into a crash?
They can if pushed too hard, which is why we build any activity or treatment plan around your existing energy envelope rather than trying to expand it quickly.
What do you actually test before starting?
Full blood count, thyroid function, iron studies, inflammatory markers and a sleep history, because a meaningful minority of fatigue labelled as CFS turns out to have a treatable cause underneath.
Is there solid evidence for IV therapy in CFS specifically?
It's mixed and still developing; we use it to correct measured deficiencies and support energy metabolism, not as a proven treatment for the syndrome itself, and we say that clearly before you commit to a course.
