Celiac Disease

Supporting gut recovery once gluten is genuinely out of the picture.

Care for celiac disease at Bangkok Stem Cell Center

What is Celiac Disease?

Even after going strictly gluten-free, plenty of people still deal with bloating, fatigue and patchy nutrient absorption for months or years. Your immune system has been attacking the lining of your small intestine every time gluten showed up, and that damage doesn't reverse the moment you stop eating bread. Some people also carry lingering anaemia or low vitamin D without realising the two are connected.

How regenerative medicine supports it

We start by confirming your gluten-free diet is actually watertight, since trace exposure undoes everything else. MSC therapy and targeted nutrient infusions are used with the aim of supporting gut lining repair, alongside monitoring of tTG antibodies, iron, B12 and vitamin D. We won't suggest reintroducing gluten under any circumstances, and ongoing dietetic support matters more than anything we add.

If the evidence for treating celiac disease this way is thin, we will tell you before you book — and the review is not billed.

Celiac Disease — Questions Patients Ask

Can this let me eat gluten again occasionally?

No — celiac disease means gluten needs to stay out entirely, even in small amounts, regardless of any treatment here. That advice doesn't change.

Why am I still tired if my antibodies are normal now?

Normal antibodies mean the acute immune attack has calmed, but nutrient deficiencies and gut healing can lag well behind that. We check iron, B12 and vitamin D separately rather than assuming they've caught up.

Will this repair the villous damage in my gut?

Some regeneration happens naturally once gluten is removed, and we aim to support that process, but we can't promise full structural recovery, especially if damage was longstanding.

Do you replace my gastroenterologist's follow-up biopsies?

No, those remain important for confirming healing and ruling out complications; we work alongside that monitoring, not instead of it.

How do you know if the treatment is actually helping?

We track tTG-IgA antibody trends and key nutrient levels over time, comparing them to your baseline, and we'll tell you plainly if nothing's moving.
